All promotional offers are only open to customers that have positively opted into our marketing opportunities. Each client wishing to take up a promotional offer may be asked to provide an email address and/or mobile phone prior to the acceptance of the offer. A maximum of two different offers are allowed per household per day.

Please note that psychic email readings require a timeframe of up to 72 hours for our psychics to carry out your reading and respond to your request. Your psychic email reading will be sent via email from us to the email address you have provided in your online order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering on 0207 553 5020 or info@startemple.com and we will issue a full refund within 5 working days. Privacy policy – We do not store credit card details, nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

The company believes our best ambassadors are our customers and seek to reward all recommendations from customers willing to recommend us to their friends. Should the client make a recommendation to a friend who decides to become a new client, we will award you a bonus to be used against future readings. Your friend will receive a HALF PRICE 20-minute reading to confirm the quality of our service. This bonus deposited into your account is non-transferable and will be converted into free minutes applying our standard rate. You have six (6) months from the award of this bonus to use your free minutes. Upon expiry of this offer, the free minutes can no longer be used. The minimum call duration for applying your free minutes is 10 minutes.

Star Temple  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to and use of the Web Site or the Services without right to refund, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The contents of the Web Site, including, without limitation, all designs, text, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are copyrighted and proprietary property. Star Temple  hereby authorizes you to copy (electronically or in hard copy) materials published on the Web Site or in print for non-commercial personal use only, provided that any copy of these documents which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices and any disclaimer contained on the documents. Except as expressly provided above, you may not otherwise copy, display, download, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish or retransmit any information, text or documents contained in the Web Site or any portion thereof in any electronic medium or in hard copy, or create any derivative work based on such images, text or documents, without the express written consent of Star Temple . Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages) We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority.

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder, or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

First time callers are eligible, upon their specific request, to a special introductory credit card price based on regular promotional offers.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the above first-time caller offer. CCP reserves the right to refuse to book an appointment if we genuinely believe the use of our marketing offers is being inappropriately applied.

*New customers of Star Temple will pay just 80p per minute for the first 20/30 minutes thereafter it will be £2.49 per minute. This offer is restricted to credit cards only and we reserve the right to remove or amend this offer at any time. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

For return callers, we charge £29.95 for the first 20 minutes, £39.95 for 30 minutes and thereafter £2.49 per minute. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP). The credit card merchant of ‘Star Temple ‘ shall appear on your credit card statement.

We also offer a ‘five-minute guarantee’ whereby customers who do not connect with a chosen reader within the first five minutes, are offered their money back or an alternative reader to provide inspiration and guidance. This offer is limited to one reset per booking.

A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Star Temple discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

To use these services, you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call. Callers must be over 18 years of age.

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a ‘roaming’ basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per shortcode per calendar day.

The charge for our Live Psychic Service is £1.50 per text, Up to 3 texts per reply, cost of £4.50 per 3 message reply. 18+ Entertainment only.

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0207 553 5020 or write to STAR TEMPLE, 40 Holmefield Court LONDON NW3 4TT. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days excluding public holidays.

Star Temple  may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against  CCP Services ltd or any of its associated companies.

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with UK law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
